Belgian Chocolate & Hazelnut Fudge Cake

A moist dark chocolate sponge filled with house made hazelnut spread, roasted hazelnuts & feuilletine. The layers of varying favours and textures are then frosted with a thin layer of dark belgian chocolate ganache and glazed with a melt in the mouth rocher glaze.
