Layers of Belgian chocolate mousse and raspberry confit set on a moist dark chocolate sponge. The cake rests on a layer of pistachio crunch. There is a ring of light vanilla mousse placed on top of the cake to balance the rich chocolatey and tart raspberry flavours.
NOTE: FOR THIS CAKE WE NEED 24 HOURS OF PREPERATION TIME. ANY ORDERS FOR THIS CAKE PLACED AFTER 4PM WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY BETWEEN 6-8PM.
