Black Forest Cake

Layers of dark chocolate sponge filled with sour cherry compote and vanilla chantilly. The layers are frosted with 54% Belgian chocolate ganache. The cake is topped with hazelnut crunch and garnished with 54% Belgian chocolate mousse.
